Welcome to Battle Nest: The Aviary Wars. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these General Rules, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Your Beakin Network account is shared across SQUAWK!™ and Battle Nest.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using Battle Nest: The Aviary Wars, you agree to be bound by these General Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Users ages 13–17 may play with parental awareness.
• Users under 13 require verified parental consent (COPPA compliance).
• Access to social features ("Club Shrike") requires additional age verification.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must not share your login credentials.
• Your account is shared with SQUAWK!™. Bans may apply across both platforms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to: use the Game for illegal purposes; harass or abuse other players; share inappropriate content; impersonate others; hack, exploit, or use bots; abuse the Red-Flag Safety System.

5. COMMUNICATION & MONITORING

All in-game communications are monitored for safety violations via our VOSPAS system. Suspected illegal activity is immediately reported to authorities.

6. VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Golden Eggs & Squawk Gems have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are shared across SQUAWK!™ and Battle Nest.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices may change without notice. Purchases are tied to your account.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)

Users must be 18+ to create accounts. Users 13–17 may play with parental awareness. Users under 13 require verified parental consent.

9. ENFORCEMENT

Violation of these rules may result in a permanent ban from all Beakin Network platforms. Suspected illegal activity is reported to authorities via VOSPAS.
